Snow stigmata? Or pheasant tracks?
The only animals we saw on our hike Wednesday were birds. Hundreds of pheasants, and some large birds I think might have been turkeys. I didn't get any shots of them; I was too busy trying to control the dog. I'd left her lead in the car, accidentally. While she's fine in most situations off-lead, when we're hiking through a pheasant farm she's apt to remember she's a dog.
(We won't even get into my feelings on pheasant farms.)
So these tracks are all you're getting today. But I can report that no pheasants were harmed in making this blog post.
