You'll want to watch the entire hour of this video of Al Gore on Charlie Rose. But the money quote comes about half way in, (start listening at around 29 minutes), where Gore is asked if George Bush planned to invade Iraq when he was elected.
"I don't think Cheney had yet told him, that he was going to invade Iraq," he answers.
