I'm confused. British car company Rover can't hack it in a capitalistic government. It needs help, and fast, to avoid laying off 6000 workers plus thousands more in component industries.
So who do they call on? The Chinese. The pinko Communist Chinese. Who aren't particularly interested.
So, is Communism better than Capitalism? And does Capitalism still beat Totalitarianism? But Totalitarianism beats Communism, right? (Totalitarianism, of course, being the New Improved U.S. of God, where no corporation need go hungry as long as there are local governments to blackmail.)
It's a tough decision, but I'm going with Rock. That always worked for me. Poor Rover, though, may very well get squashed by Capitalism and Communism, unless Totalitarianism steps in and saves their ass.
