"I have a lot to say!"
Sparky now has a Twitter account. He's been tweeting to his doggie friends, and even a cat or two. He also follows a Meercat and the Bronx zoo's cobra, Mia.

I think he's a bit paranoid. Must be the Border Collie in him.
