When we were leaving Luxembourg, our sat nav told us to turn left, which brought us down a narrow road and through a small village. Sat navs are like that; they like to take the scenic route sometimes.
That's okay with me, especially when the scenic route means passing right next to a lovely trio of goats! Of course my husband stopped the car, so I could take some pics, and when I went to the fence, the goats hurried over, eager to have their photo taken for Friday Goat Blogging.
I guess even in Luxembourg they've heard of Friday Animal Blogging.
Notice the lovely ear bobs LuLu is wearing. And her (his?) beard:
I almost brought the apple I'd filched from the front desk, but I knew that might be all I'd have for lunch. So I had nothing to give them but compliments on their beautiful looks.
I'm not sure they understood me when I told them how pretty they were, but I don't speak Luxembourgish.
It was hard to say goodbye, but there were cows in the next field waiting to be photographed. Despite its diminutive size, Luxembourg is home to quite a few farm animals. But they have to be careful they don't wander off to France.
Ha! What a great shot!

kathy a., that's okay, since the only words they understand would be in Luxembourgish.

That one looks like a basset hound. With horns.
