Friday Goat Blogging, German Edition

DSCN0557

Apparently, the Three Billy Goats Gruff live at the base of the Zugspitze Mountain in Bavaria. Yes, that's a bell he's wearing around his neck. I think they do that for the tourists.

"Wait for our brother," they told me, "he's much fatter than we are." I replied I wasn't interested in dinner, only trolling for a good shot with my camera.

This isn't the Zugspitze, it's another mountain in the Alps. I don't know what those huts were for; someone said they're for storing firewood.

Oh, to be a goat in the Alps! What freedom from political and governmental stupidity! Oh--and a great view too.

Holy cow, uh, goat! Those are some serious horns he's got there.
