I think it's a goat, but I was far away, using a zoom. This was at Kinderdijk, a great spot for viewing Holland's windmills. The other windmills all had goats out back, keeping the grass clipped low.

The trouble with those lawnmowers is that they are also simultaneous fertilizers.

Tee-hee--this picture reminds me of a college band trip I took to Holland about five years ago, where a goat (similarly situated to a windmill) inspired a whole host of jokes and a drink called a "sexy goat". (In case you're wondering it's beer and orange soda.) Thanks for the silly memory!
